E-Power
E-POWER is an electromagnetic conversion apparatus with energy recycling and harmonics control. It is installed downstream of the electrical supply lines for control of both motive power and light power with potential energy savings of between 6% and 20% and the writing down of costs in a few years. Installation is preceded by a feasibility study to identify the forecast average percentage of savings and the relative contractual guarantee. E-POWER makes it possible to reduce electromagnetic interference and re-balances energy transmission, the user status of the electricity lines and the consumer devices. Its average working life stands at 20 years and it is guaranteed beyond the threshold period required by law.
The E-POWER system is totally autonomous and has been designed to operate 24 hours a day. Thanks to its regulation by the E-CONTROLLER, the Customer can choose to bypass the technology while on site or remotely. The component base installed enables the apparatus to have a high degree of versatility, in keeping with the needs of the Client or within the limits imposed by the plant where E-POWER is installed.

INTERFACE WITH THE E-CONTROLLER
The E-CONTROLLER is an electronic device based on WEB technology designed to monitor industrial and domestic plant, and it can be used in extreme environments. No additional software is needed because access to the information pages and configuration is via a browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Firefox.
The E-CONTROLLER is installed within the electrical panel to be controlled and operates entirely autonomously by means of the display and keyboard on site or remotely through the Ethernet port or GPRS modem. By the use of a Dynamic IP, it is possible to manage hundreds of electrical panels with a single device. By SMS messaging or e-mail, it is possible to control the alarms and electricity logging with the further possibility of viewing the electricity values in graphic form. Logging can be performed in regard to data, alarm history and the programming of actions to be performed automatically on the plant, even where energy-saving systems such as E-POWER and E-BOX are present, etc. In all cases, the data obtained by the E-CONTROLLER can be consulted via a PC or a mobile telephone, even for verifying the correct operation of the plant and any of its modifications.
EXAMPLES OF POSSIBLE USE
E-POWER can be installed in practically any location, as long as three-phase line voltage is available from the body providing the electricity. It is suitable both for Light Power and Motive Power and it is capable of optimising consumption for the whole plant and the loads connected to it.

- Industrial areas and trade-fair venues;

BENEFITS
- Re-balancing of energy transmission: E-POWER has been designed to prevent problems concerning uneven loads; in fact, plant is often characterised by phases that differ greatly from one to the next (L1 = 80A; L2 = 65A; L3 = 40A). The system re-establishes balance as much as possible, thus avoiding the situation where some phases work much harder than others, also avoiding accelerated consumption.
- E-POWER enables the control of output voltage to avoid voltage peaks and/or current which could damage consumers of the load.
- E-POWER contains a bypass system which makes it possible to "un plug" the system in the case of system malfunction without the loss of power.
THE EP SERIES
The EP series is characterised by diversified amperometric values to meet the electricity needs of the plant. It is suitable for three-phase line voltages composed of light power and motive power with power ratings of at least 17 kVA. E-POWER is available with varying grades of protection, ranging from the IP40 which is suitable for locations such as shops and offices, to the IP54 which is appropriate for large industrial areas.
